สถานบริหารจัดการงานวิจัยคลินิกมีพื้นที่สำหรับการบริการผู้ป่วยโครงการวิจัยทางคลินิก ซึ่งตั้งอยู่ในพื้นที่หอผู้ป่วย 8 A เดิมของอาคารสมเด็จพระศรีนครินทรานุสรณ์ (สว.) โดยจัดเป็นพื้นที่สำหรับการตรวจรักษาแบบผู้ป่วยนอกจำนวน 3 ห้องตรวจ และพื้นที่หอผู้ป่วยสำหรับการดูแลรักษาแก่อาสาสมัครโครงการวิจัยทางคลินิกตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงรองรับการวิจัยทางคลินิกตั้งแต่ระยะที่ 1 เป็นต้นไป งานวิจัยทางคลินิก First-in-Human Trial การทดสอบชีวสมมูล การศึกษาเภสัชจลศาสตร์ ฯลฯ จำนวน 6 เตียง นอกจากนั้นยังมีพื้นที่สำหรับนั่งนอนพักสังเกตอาการระยะสั้นหลังได้รับยาวิจัยสำหรับการวิจัยทางคลินิกจำนวน 7 ที่นั่ง
อุปกรณ์การตรวจที่มีมาตรฐาน ได้รับการสอบเทียบเป็นประจำทุกปี ได้แก่ เครื่องชั่งน้ำหนักวัดส่วนสูง(สำหรับเด็กและผู้ใหญ่) เครื่องวัดความดัน เตียงตรวจผู้ป่วยที่ปรับระดับขึ้นลงได้ เครื่องตรวจคลื่นไฟฟ้าหัวใจแบบ complete lead เครื่องฉีดยา(infusion bump) เครื่องตรวจวัดสัญญาณชีพ (central monitor) โต๊ะตรวจตา (Slit lamp) เครื่องปั่นเลือดแบบควบคุมอุณหภูมิ
มาตรฐานความปลอดภัยและสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ ที่จัดในพื้นที่วิจัย ได้แก่ การควบคุมพื้นที่ด้วยบัตรผ่านเข้าออก นาฬิกาแบบควบคุมเวลาเดียวกัน ศูนย์กลางสำหรับพยาบาลในการติดตามสัญญาณชีพและระบบติดตามสัญญาณชีพ อุปกรณ์
กู้คืนชีพและทีมสนับสนุนการกู้ชีพฉุกเฉินและดูแลผู้ป่วยวิกฤตตลอด 24 ชั่วโมงของโรงพยาบาลศรีนครินทร์ ปุ่มฉุกเฉินสำหรับเรียกพยาบาล พื้นที่สำหรับรับประทานอาหาร ห้องน้ำ และระบบควบคุมน้ำประปา
บุคลากรที่มีความรู้ ความสามารถเฉพาะทางด้านการทำวิจัยคลินิก และได้รับการอบรมงานวิจัยด้านคลินิก รวมทั้งผ่านการอบรมการช่วยฟื้นคืนชีพขั้นสูง

ACRO has a clinical research and trial unit located at Ward 8 A, Princess Mother Memorial Building. This unit composes of 3 out-patient examination rooms and one unit of 24-hour monitoring for 6 in-patient beds. This in-patient unit is designed to serve the first-in-human trial, phase I-IV clinical trial, biosimilar study, and pharmacokinetic study. Furthermore, there are 7 reclining beds for observing the clinical signs after investigational drug administration.
All standard equipment are calibrated annually. Those includes Height and Body weight measurement, adjustable physical examination table, complete lead electrocardiogram, infusion pump, monitoring system, eye-slit lamp, and temperature-controlled centrifuging machines.

Our staffs are well-trained and good experienced in clinical trial. All has certified of ICH-GCP training and advances resuscitation.
